6 - slices bacon
1/4c - onion, chopped
1/4c - green pepper, chopped
3c - cooked rice
1 can - (lb) tomatoes
1tsp - salt
1/4tsp - pepper
Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp, remove bacon and drain all but 2tbsp grease. Add onion and pepper, cook till tender. Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients, cook uncovered over low heat for 15 minutes. 4-6 servings.
