1 can - ( 8oz) crushed pineapple
1 - pkg ( 3oz) - lime jello
3tbsp - water
2 - pkgs ( 3oz each) - cream cheese softened
1c - chopped walnuts
1c - miniature marshmallows
1c - heavy whipping cream. whipped
Drain pineapple reserving juice. In a saucepan, combine gelatin, water and reserved juice. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate until syrupy, about 30 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in gelatin mixture, walnuts, marshmallows and pineapple. Fold in the whipped cream. Transfer to a 1qt serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. makes 9 servings
