1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup all -purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
11/2 chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
3 to 31/2 pounds boneless chicken cut in slices
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup real butter
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the cornmeal mixture. Place in greased 13 -in.x9-in.x2-in. Baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake,uncovered, at 375° for 50-55 minutes. Yeild: 4-6 servings
