10lbs - tomatoes
1 - onion, chopped
1tbsp - minced garlic
1tbsp - oregano
3 - bay leaves
1tbsp - salt
1tsp - black pepper
1/2tsp - crushed red pepper
3tbsp - sugar
Wash tomatoes. Cut out stem and run through juicer. Put juice in large pot and add rest of ingredients. Cook over medium high heat until it reduces volume by half. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Pour boiling hot into hot jars within 1/4 inch of top seal.
