2 c - Flour
3/4 c- sugar
2 1/2 tsp - baking powder
1/4 c- shortning
3/4 c- milk
1 - egg
2 c - blueberries ( 1c optional)
1/2 tsp - salt
TOPPING
1/2 c - sugar
1/3 c - flour
1/2 tsp - cinnamon
1/4 c - soft butter
Blend all ingredients except topping. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. then add 2 c well drained blueberries. Put in greased square pan.
Mix topping ingredients. Drizzle over batter. Bake at
375°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
