1lb - ground beef
10 - saltine crackers, crushed ( 1/2c)
1/4c - zesty italian dressing
1 - beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2c boiling water
1/2c - sour cream
1c - cheddar cheese, shredded
rotini pasta , cooked
Mix meat, crackers and 2 tbsp dressing untill well blended. Shape into 32 balls.
Heat remaining dressing in skillet and cook meatballs 8 minutes. For sauce simmer bouillon 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Let Stand for 5 minutes. Add pasta and meatballs.
