1 lb. Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
3 slices thick cut bacon (chopped)
1/4 C. All purpose flour
2 1/2 C. Whole milk
1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg (or less)
3/4 tsp Season All seasoned salt (you adjust)
1/4 C. Finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
Pepper as needed
2 Tbsp bacon grease
1 GRANDS Refrigerated canned Biscuits (8 )
Non STICK SPRAY
1 C. freshly grated Colby Jack Cheese (pick your favorite)
EGG MIXTURE———————————
6 large eggs
1/3 C. Whole milk
Pinch Salt
Preheat oven to 350
remove biscuits from can and cut them into fourths. Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray. Lay biscuit pieces across the bottom of the pan evenly.

Fry bacon pieces in a skillet. Remove all but 2tbsp of bacon grease. Add sausage chop and cook till done. Add onions to skillet. Remove about 1/4 of sausage/bacon and put aside. Add flour to skillet and mix well. Add milk, pepper, and nutmeg. Add season salt, and red pepper flakes. stir and bring to a slow steady boil. lower heat to simmer . now start on egg mixture
egg mixture prep
crack eggs. Add milk. wisp eggs and milk mixture well. Add pinch of salt. wisp.
Take pan with biscuits in it and pour the sausage/bacon you set aside over top of the biscuits. Take most of the 1cup cheese mixture and layer it over top of biscuits. save the rest of the cheese to sprinkle over the very top of the casserole. Pour egg mixture on top. spread sausage and gravy mixture over top and fold it out. finally top it with the rest of the left over cheese.
cook on center rack in oven for 30 to 45 minutes (usually 40 minutes) at 350.
