2 pkg- yeast ( 2tbsp)
2 tbsp - sugar
2c - scalded milk
1c - sugar
1c - melted butter
1-1/2 tsp - salt
6 - eggs beaten
8c - flour
Dissolve yeast and 2 tbsp sugar in 2/3 c warm water. Beat eggs and add to yeast. Add milk , butter sugar and salt. Beat. Add flour . Do not kneed. Cover and let rise 2-3 hours. Roll out. Cut with round cutter. Put dab of butter on and fold over. Place on greased cookie sheets and let rise 2 hours. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375f.
makes 7-8 dozen.
