1 - pie crust
1/3c - butter
1/3c - flour
1/2tsp - salt
1/4tsp - pepper
1-1/2c - chiken broth
2/3c - milk
1 can - mixed vegetables
skinless chicken strips ( turkey)
While frying chicken, put butter in a medium saucepan. Melt over medium heat. Add milk, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Mix. Then add flour. On low heat let mixture come to a boil. Then add drained vegetables and chopped chicken. Mix and cook for couple fo minutes. Put in greased pie pan and put pie crust on top, cutting slits in crust. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 425f until crust is brown.
